Narwhal Trading Co. (“NTC”) warrants that your rechargeable electric hand warmer will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use and when cared for according to the product’s Use & Care Instructions for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from NTC Trading Co. or an authorized retailer and used by the original purchaser.

This warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic damage due to normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, dents, discoloration).
• Battery capacity loss over time (normal depletion is not a defect).
• Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper charging, liquid ingress beyond rating, extreme temperatures, dirt/sand intrusion, or unauthorized repairs.
• Damage from use with non-NTC accessories.
• Lost or stolen products, or those with altered/removed serial numbers.
• Commercial use unless approved in writing.
  
  

1. Stop using the product if you believe it is defective.

2. Contact NTC Support with proof of purchase, model/serial number, description of issue, and photos/video if available.

3. If requested, return the product (shipping instructions provided). Customers pay for shipping to NTC; return shipping is covered for approved claims within the United States.

If a valid claim is made within the warranty period, NTC will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the product, or
• Replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater performance. If unavailable, a comparable model will be provided.
• Finish and color matches are not guaranteed. Replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
  
  

• No Other Warranties: This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. Resellers, distributors, or agents cannot alter it.
• Implied Warranties: Limited to one (1) year from original purchase date, as permitted by law.
• Limitation of Liability: NTC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow this limitation, so it may not apply to you.
• State Law: You may have additional rights that vary by state.
  

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. NTC may require diagnostic photos/videos or inspection to validate claims. Products found not defective will be returned; shipping may be at customer’s expense.
