• This warranty applies only to Narwhal Trading Co. stainless steel tumblers purchased directly from Narwhal Trading Co. or an authorized dealer.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of purchase.

This warranty applies only when the product is used under normal conditions and cared for in accordance with the use and care instructions provided with the product.

This warranty does not cover:

• Products purchased from unauthorized dealers, counterfeit, or imitation products.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, chips, fading, or other cosmetic damage resulting from ordinary use.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper care, or failure to follow care instructions.
• Post-purchase modifications, including but not limited to accessories, aftermarket parts, or custom engraving.
• Lids, straws, seals, or other accessories. Warranty applies to the stainless steel container only.

1. Stop using the product if you believe it is defective.2. Contact NTC Support with proof of purchase, model/serial number, description of issue, and photos/video if available.3. If requested, return the product (shipping instructions provided). Customers pay for shipping to NTC; return shipping is covered for approved claims within the U.S.

Narwhal Trading Co. reserves the right to:

• Require proof of purchase.
• Request the return of the product for inspection.
• Request photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage for verification.

If your warranty claim is approved, Narwhal Trading Co. will, at its sole discretion and at its expense:

• Repair or replace your product with a comparable product currently being manufactured.
• If no comparable product is available, we will contact you directly to help find a suitable solution.
• We cannot guarantee exact finishes or colors on replacement products.
• Custom designs, engravings, or prints on original products cannot be duplicated on replacements.

• This Limited 5-Year Warranty is the only express warranty offered by Narwhal Trading Co.
• No reseller, distributor, or retail store has the authority to alter, modify, or expand the terms and conditions of this warranty.
• In no event shall Narwhal Trading Co. be liable or responsible for any damages, costs, losses, or expenses, including incidental or consequential damages.
• Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you.
  

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. NTC may require diagnostic photos/videos or inspection to validate claims. Products found not defective will be returned; shipping may be at customer’s expense.
